Nayeem Amin
Nayeem Amin, Managing Partner of Decca Consulting LLC, received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and his MBA, University of Houston, and Streetwise MBA, Interise. Fluent in multiple languages, Amin is a servant leader who provides IT staffing, recruiting, and coaching. He manages every angle of operations and sales, supporting the sales in creating account generation strategies, business Development, and streamlining the revenue funnel. He creates workflow and processes from sourcing to delivery, managing both vendors and strategic alliances. Amin introduced the Decca standard of testing, screening, and presenting interview-ready resources within 24-48 hours of requisition. He understands today’s business challenges and has forged new markets for Decca Consulting in Leadership Training and Change Management. He is committed to finding talent among America’s talent – no offshore or outsourcing. Amin believes in the personal connection. From family to friends, to business, Amin takes the time to build relationship. In the end, that’s what matters the most.
Nasreen Ahmed
Nasreen Ahmed, founder and CEO of Decca Consulting, is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategy with a view for creating shareholder value. Nasreen handles all communications on behalf of the company to employees, government authorities, and other stakeholders. Her responsibilities include the day-to-day management decisions and implementing the company’s long and short-term plans with Nayeem Amin, Decca’s Managing Partner.
Ahmed’s background in education, with a master’s degree in Education from Lamar University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, has served her well at the helm of Decca Consulting. Under her leadership, the company achieved $3.6M in revenue in four years and has proudly served Fortune 100 customers in the oil and gas industry.
Aparna Renganatha
Aparna Renganathan received her bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University in Chennai and her MBA with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy, India.
She started her career in India, gaining experience as a Deputy Manager in auto manufacturing, followed by banking and finance, before relocating to the US to take a position as a Business Analyst. Her next role as a Scrum Master ignited her passion for processes coupled with actionable metrics, and policies that empower and focus on delivery.
Aparna, an IC Agile Certified Coach, and an active member of an Agile Coaching Circle, focuses on coaching more than consulting. She loves teaching Kanban Systems Design (KSD) and Improvement (KSI).
Her weekends are filled with continued training, implementing Kanban in her life, and building Lego sets with her kids – they love taking turns to beat her at Lego Video games.
Todd Little
Todd Little is an Accredited Kanban Trainer and Chairman at Kanban University, the leading provider of professional Kanban management training. Previously he has held executive roles as Vice President of Product Development for IHS, and Director of Software and Technology for Landmark Graphics a division of Halliburton. He has been developing or leading the development of software for over 40 years.
For the past 15+ years, Todd has been a frequent presenter at Agile and Software conferences around the globe. He is a founding member and past President of the Agile Leadership Network. He has served on the Board of Directors of both the Agile Alliance and the Agile Leadership Network, and was a co-founder and Conference chair for several of the Agile20XX conferences.
Todd is a co-author of the book “Stand Back and Deliver: Accelerating Business Agility,” Addison Wesley.
